2008
New head office
Tempo opens its new head office and distribution center in the city of Laval.
2010
Production grows
Almost 40 years after it first started, Tempo reaches a major milestone: 100,000 shelters sold.
It’s also the year that Mr. Carol Audet sells the company to Ghislain Perron and a private investor.
2020
New owners
Richard Boisclair and a group of investors, including the Fonds Régionaux de Solidarité (FTQ), acquire Tempo. The previous owner, Mr. Perron, remains an investor and member of the board.
